The scriptwriting team are now in full swing, forming ideas for next Summers Production.
Currently there are around 4 ideas on the table and they now need working through to find the ideal script.
We hope to have a finished script ready for February to begin casting. We've definately got our work cut out.
On Sunday 7th December Channel 7 are due to film with the Riverside Theatre Company.
The aim is to produce a video for their website explaining and demonstrating their dance group.
This will be the first time we will be using the new HD camera so we're expecing some good results.
Channel 7 is now a validated Learning destination for the Children's University.
Children can now earn hours with us for their Children's University Passports as they learn about how films are made and produced.
Over the last year we have been busily applying for Grants to aid us in our activities. We have recently been successful in obtaining a grant for £2000 from the Co-operative Community Fund to put towards a new HD Camcorder for the Club. The grant will mean we will now be able to shoot in HD a must for broadcasters these days.
A huge thank you to the Co-operative!
